The inception of ALLEN took place on 18 April 1988, when he, along with his brothers, Shri Govind Maheshwari, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, and Shri Naveen Maheshwari established the institute, naming it in loving memory of their father, Late Shri Laxmi Narayan Maheshwari. As the youngest among his brothers, he played a pivotal role in shaping the institute’s destiny.
