The celebrated author Duo Rachana Shah and Rhythm Wagholikar (Rachana Rhythm ) are trying to infuse positivity amongst their followers and readers by giving out motivational stories, quotes, and interviews. They’ve gone out of their way interviewing doctors, celebrities, and more. On their “communicative forum”, they are inspiring people through talk shows on public and digital platforms. Over the years, they have interviewed many Bollywood celebrities and other greats through unique storytelling that instils hope and motivation in their audience. They have talked about entertainment, Bollywood, literature, music, trivia and so much more.
Both have palpable chemistry and share a camaraderie which is a delight to see and hear. They have articulated stories about legends of art and cinema in their unique style. Not only talk shows, but the two have also even penned several books together that are popular worldwide. They even have bagged many coveted titles and awards for their excellent work, both nationally and internationally. Recently the duo has also conceptualised a sand art documentary on Lata Mangeshkar, that was well received and praised globally.

Born to a family that needs no introduction, Rachana khadikar Shah is the
the daughter of Smt.Meena Mangeshkar, and niece of Smt. Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle , Pandit Hridaynath Mangeshkar and Smt. Usha Mangeshkar.
As a child, Rachana took to music the way a duck takes to water. At a tender age of 5 she was ready with her first Marathi album that went down to being one of the most celebrated albums in the history of Marathi Bal Geet. She’s the voice behind albums like ‘Chocolate Cha Bangla’ and ‘Sang Sang Bholanath’
So naturally Music being in her genes, Rachana performed on stage with her aunts Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle , and dabbled with Marathi theatre as well- her famous play being ‘Tu Ahes Tari Kon’, directed by Ashok Samel. She has completed her masters in Political Science from Mumbai and has spent a lot of time in London. She has performed Live on stage in the United States, UK, London, Maple leaf garden, Toronto, the famous Madison square garden in New York accompanying Lata Mangeshkar. She’s also shared stage with Usha Mangeshkar in Mauritius and Singapore and as a child star she’s performed with RD Burman and Asha Bhosle in Calcutta
She was the media head for the renowned photographer Late Gautam Rajadhyaksha’s Company “Faces Media” and quickly learned the importance and benefits of articulation and meaningful communication in our world today.
With this knowledge she went ahead and created a niche for herself in the aspirational world of luxury. She became a diamond adornologist for the luxury diamond brand "Swaranjali" inspired by Lata Mangeshkar.
Rachana has always gone on record to say that she is “ blessed” Firstly being born to such an iconic family and then interesting and life changing opportunities coming her way. This got her thinking; that she needed to share this with the world. With such an extraordinary family as the backdrop her learning experiences from each member were life changing.
How could she not use this vast treasure for the betterment of the people around? To add to this, her dabbling in the field of written and verbal communication inspired her to spread it to the people that she came across in her journey.

Born to Anuradha and Sudhir Wagholikar in Nasik and brought up in Pune, Rhythm hails from a successful business family in the real estate sector in Pune. He is trained to be a hospitality professional and graduated from AISSMS CHMCT College Pune in 2014. Rhythm Wagholikar made his mark in diverse spheres like music, literature, social welfare and public relations, as he believed in not getting tied down to one particular field.
He has conceptualized and created the world’s first book, intricately designed into a shape of a gramophone record- “Swarlata”; Rhythmic reminisces of Bharat Ratna Legendary Smt. Lata Mangeshkar. The limited edition book comprises an anthology of 38 celebrated luminaries of the Indian subcontinent, some prominent names like Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Madhuri Dixit, Dilip Kumar ,Raj Thackeray and Nitin Gadkari.
Armed with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality, paying attention to people and their lives came naturally to the 26 year old Wagholikar. He has also served the Public Relations Council Of India YCC as the chairman for Pune city from 2016-2018.
His passion for Music propelled him to come up with a subject for his third book that enthralled and motivated him to write on Gaan Saraswati Kishori Amonkar. This unique book is one of its kinds in the shape of Swarmandal (Indian Harp).
Rhythm has gained popularity on and off the cityscape for his social activities and motivational work. He also helps non-government organizations that rescue orphaned and abandoned girls and protects their rights towards happy childhood.
In his métier he has worked with people from all the walks of life, to name a few Baba Saheb Purandare, Begum Parveen Sultana, Pandit jasraj, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, Pandit Birju Maharaj, Vyjayanthimala Bali, Girija Devi, Former Prime Minister Of India H.D. Deve Gowda and several others. He is the founder of ‘Creating Possibilities’. He further hopes to create a collection of such unique stories to draw inspiration from and motivate others.
At such a young age, Rhythm has been a proud recipient of various prestigious awards nationally and internationally. To name a few, Femina Most Powerful of the Year 2018-2019 by the then First Lady of Maharashtra Amruta Devndra Fadnavis, Kala Gaurav Rashtriya Puraskar, International Achievers Award as Eminent Writers at Dubai U.A.E by the hands of H.H.Abdulla Al Saleh- Ministry of economy U.A.E, Asian Thai Achievers from Bangkok, Thailand, and Bhartiya Patrakar Sangh Savitri Bai Phule Rahtriya Puraskar. He is the youngest Indian recipient of the most prestigious ‘Mahatma Gandhi Samman’, bestowed upon him at the House Of Commons by Lord Virendra Sharma, Member of the British Parliament and H.D. Deve Gowda Former Prime Minister of India , at British Parliament, in recognition of his contribution and dedication to worthy causes and his achievements for keeping the flag of India High at the House Of Commons, London. Recently he was also coveted the ‘Maharashtra Achiever’s Award’. In his writing métier Rhythm has presented his works and managed to win appreciation from several national and international stalwarts including the President of India Bharat Ratna Pranab Mukherjee, Former President of India Smt. Pratibha Tai Patil, Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar, Former Prime Minister of India H.D Deve Gowda , Amitabh Bachchan and several others.
