From raising the football culture in Bahrain to making efforts to help the social fabric of the country, Sh. Ahmed Al Khalifa has done it all.

In life, to accomplish your aspirations and dreams, one has to hustle. One must work hard with dedication, positivity, and perseverance to attain their goals. Similarly, an individual from Bahrain showed extreme passion and dedication to realize his dream by hustling his way to the top; the gentleman is Sh. Ahmed Al Khalifa.

Ahmed Al Khalifa is an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, who, despite having all the riches, had to struggle at every stage of his life. He, at present, is working at Bahrain's Ministry of Housing, helping the people of his nation get their dream homes with the aid of government subsidies. He is an avid reader and a management expert and has enhanced his nation with a surreal project called Mazaya social finance scheme. He has also worked as head of finance in the ministry of housing for the Bahrain government for 7 years and his work towards the welfare of his nation is lauded comprehensively, but this was not his only dream. 

Ahmed Al Khalifa, since his childhood, was a diehard football lover. He followed Liverpool Football Club with utmost passion and love. In his childhood, he had also dreamt of uplifting the footballing culture of his nation and started making efforts for the same. After briefly going away to the United States for higher education, Ahmed Al Khalifa realized how difficult it was to change the footballing culture of Bahrain. He hustled to be selected at Riffa SC's U18 team, and some years later, with his enigmatic presence and high-octane management skills, he became a board member at the club. He started infusing ideas to revolutionize the club. He focused on improving the work culture and guided the club to be more player and fans-friendly. 

He established a unique connection between the coach and the board and among the fans and the players. This proved to be a major guiding as the club did the double of winning the Bahraini Premier League and Kings Cup in Ahmed Al Khalifa's first year. Ahmed Al Khalifa also became the director of Bahrain's U23 national football team, navigating young talents to enhance their footballing ability.

He now also serves as the Director of HR and finance in urban planning and development authority. Ahmed Al Khalifa could have chosen a simpler life but chose to hustle to satiate his passion for football and be productive for his nation too. At 32, Sh. Ahmed Al Khalifa is now a renowned individual and an immaculate professional, with having a professional career in the government, striving for the betterment of Bahrain.
