Stay for free at this star hotel (if you want)!

This is a limited-period inaugural offer, on now but only till October 15

How does sunny Goa, a plush four-star hotel, and the words ‘pay what you want’, all coming together, sound like? Well, believe it or not, that is exactly the proposition ibis Styles Goa Vagator, formally launched on Thursday, promises.

The resort, a brisk walk away from the vibey Vagator beach, is a joint venture between Accor, the world’s second-largest hotel group, and InterGlobe, better known as the parent company of Indigo Airlines.

And if you are wondering what is the catch, it is only this — you have to be a member of the Accor loyalty programme called ‘Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Programme’. And it is no sweat — go online and sign up for free, and then make your booking from the official website ALL.com and you are good to go under Accor’s signature ‘Pay What You Want’ offering.

“Guests can decide what they want to pay, including, if they feel so, pay nothing at all, when they check out,” said a spokesperson.

Of course, remember that it is a limited-period inaugural offer, on now but only till October 15.

The 142-room hotel offers is the second from Accor group under the ‘ibis Styles’ branding, the first one also being in Goa (Calangute). ibis Styles, compared to the regular ibis chain, are designed as resorts, with a vibrant theme of pastel hues blended with local culture for a unique interior design of the hotel.

“Like all our properties across the country, ibis Styles Goa Vagator is meticulously crafted to cater to the lifestyle preferences and aspirations of modern travellers, with a special focus on providing a top-notch design experience to the younger generation,” said JB Singh, president & CEO, InterGlobe Hotels.

Added Kedar Dighe, cluster GM, ibis Styles Goa Vagator & Calangute, “The (hotel) location is incredible, with buzzing nightlife, historical forts, quaint cafes, and serene beaches, making it a perfect stay for a leisure traveller.”
