French company Schneider Electric, which specializes in energy management and nextGen automation, inaugurated one of its largest employee campuses in Bengaluru.
The campus covers an area of 630,000 sq. ft and features facilities including a Global Innovation Hub, Training Centre, R&D Centre, Skill Centre and Digital Hub. It can accommodate over 8000 employees.
The company, which has more than 37,000 employees in India, also plans to set up two other campuses in Delhi and Mumbai in the near future. India is also the third largest market for the company globally.

The campus training centre will feature interactive demonstrations, workshops, and expert-led sessions, to help its employees, partners, and customers, gain practical knowledge and expertise in the latest technologies and solutions.
This campus has off-site green power, energy-efficient chiller systems, and 100 per cent greywater reuse via a sewage treatment plant. The campus has also applied for LEED certification to aim for international sustainability standards.
