Biggest launches at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 on Day 1

Other than Maruti Suzuki, BMW, MG Motors, Kia and Porsche India unveiled its latest models

The biggest of them, without a doubt, was from India’s biggest carmaker. Maruti Suzuki has launched its first electric SUV, the e VITARA. It also announced big plans to make India Suzuki’s global EV hub and develop an ecosystem for EVs in India.

Other big launches at the Auto Expo 2025

BMW unveiled the BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric, its first locally produced EV.

Mercedes-Benz launched its luxury BEVs, the EQS Maybach SUV 680 ‘Night Series’ (Rs 2.63 crore) and Maybach GLS 600 (Rs 3.71 Cr).

MG Motors launched a luxury brand channel, MG Select, and introduced two models under it, the Cyberster and the M9.

Tata Motors launched the All-New Tata Sierra, a modern iteration of the legendary vehicle. 

Kia India unveiled the new Kia EV6. 

Porsche India unveiled two EVs—the Macan SUV and the updated Taycan sports saloon. The Macan starts at ₹1.21 crore.

Škoda Auto launched a new Kodiaq, a new Superb, and a facelifted Octavia vRS.

Suzuki Motorcycle India unveiled the e-ACCESS, Suzuki's first electric scooter.
