Hollywood actor Brad Pitt is currently promoting his upcoming film Ad Astra in which he plays an astronaut. As part of the promotional tour, Pitt dialled the International Space Station to speak to astronaut Nick Hague.
They discussed how it was to live on a space station, the weightless life and more. The video call was broadcast on NASA TV. NASA also tweeted about the same: “LIVE NOW: There's an incoming call … from space! @AstroHague is talking to #AdAstra actor Brad Pitt about what it’s like to live and work aboard the @Space_Station.”
During the interaction, Pitt also made a passing mention of India's Chandrayaan-2 and the failed attempt to soft-land. He asked if the astronauts had been able to watch the failed landing of the Indian moon lander. The reply was: “No, unfortunately.”
