Actor Amit Sadh has tested negative for the coronavirus, he shared in a tweet on Monday. He is currently seen in Amazon Prime Video’s Breathe: Into The Shadows, along with Abhishek Bachchan who tested positive on Saturday.
“Thank you for your prayers and concerns. This is the only time I say happily I am negative. To all people battling this, my prayers and thoughts continue. Love you. Togetherness is the only strength!” Sadh tweeted.

After Abhishek was diagnosed with COVID-19, Sadh had said he will be getting himself tested even though he was feeling fine. Sadh reprised his role as Inspector Kabir Sawant from the first chapter of the series in 2018.
Speaking to TOI, Sadh said: “It’s perhaps not the right time for me to talk but let me clarify, Abhishek and I never dubbed together. No two actors can do it together, anyway. Yes, we were dubbing for our web series, but he did it in the morning and I did it later that day.”
Amazon Prime Video’s original series featured actress Nithya Menen as Abhishek’s wife. The psychological crime thriller is created and produced by Abundantia Entertainment. Directed by Mayank Sharma, it is written by a team of writers, including Sharma, Bhavani Iyer, Vikram Tuli, and Arshad Syed.
Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek were admitted to the Nanavati hospital in Mumbai after showing mild symptoms for COVID-19. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya who also tested positive will ‘self-quarantine’ at home.
