Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja and his wife Prerna have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
He took to Twitter to reveal the news on Wednesday, and said that both of them had mild symptoms and are being hospitalised. “I’m sure we’ll be back all fine! All those who were in close proximity with us please get yourselves tested and remain safe,” he tweeted.

He is the second celebrity from Sandalwood to test positive for Covid-19. Earlier actress-politician Sumalatha Ambareesh had tested positive.
Dhruva’s elder brother Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away recently after he suffered a cardiac arrest. On the workfront, he is awaiting release of his next film Pogaru.
