Abhishek Bachchan who is undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital, has shared a post about his 26-day stay at the hospital.

He posted a click of his “care board” on Instagram, and captioned it: “Hospital day :26 Discharge plan: NO! Come on Bachchan, you can do it!! #believe.”

Abhishek Bachchan, along with Amitabh Bachchan, tested positive for COVID-19 on July 11, and were admitted to the hospital. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya, also were admitted on July 17. While mother-daughter duo were discharged on July 27, and Big B left hospital on August 2 after testing negative, Abhishek is still under treatment.

“It has been heartening to be back from the hospital after the ‘mukti’ (freedom) from the Coronavirus .. but a sour taste in the mouth when Abhishek has to still be in the medical care,” Amitabh Bachchan wrote in his blog after he was home.

Amitabh Bachchan is currently under home quarantine.

In an Instagram post earlier, Aishwarya had thanked her fans for support and prayers for the family. "Thank you so much for all your prayers, concern, wishes and love for my darling angel Aaradhya and for Pa, Ab and me.

"Truly overwhelmed and forever indebted. God bless you, all my love always and prayers for the well-being of you all and all yours. Truly, deeply and heartfelt. Be well and be safe. God bless, love you," Aishwarya wrote.
