A fourth woman has accused Sex And The City star Chris Noth of sexual assault. Singer and composer Lisa Gentile told a virtual press conference that Noth had insisted on following her up to her New York apartment, where he allegedly groped her and forced her to touch him, AFP reported.

Gentile said he pushed her against a countertop, forcibly kissed her and groped her breasts. She said Noth also pushed her hands toward his penis. "I finally managed to push them away and get out of his grasp and yell, 'No, I don't want this,” she said.

After she managed to push him away, she said “he became extremely angry and started screaming andcalling me a tease and a bitch. He stormed out of my apartment.” Gentile said Noth had threatened to "ruin her career" if she spoke out about the alleged attack in 2002.

“I was afraid to come forward because of Noth’s power and his threats to ruin my career,” Gentile said, adding that she was going public now to support the women who spoke out before her.

Noth has been in the news since The Hollywood Reporter published allegations from two anonymous women that the actor had sexually assaulted them. Though the actor has called these allegations 'categorically false', a third woman came out and alleged by Noth in 2010 when she was 18.

Earlier this week, Noth's co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis issued a joint statement addressing the allegations of sexual assault against him, voicing support for the women who have shared their "painful" experiences. "We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth. We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it," the statement read.

The actor was dropped from his role on the CBS reboot of The Equalizer on Monday.
