Bollywood's much anticipated celeb wedding is finally here. Lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are set to tie the knot on Thursday, at Ranbir's residence Vastu in Mumbai.
The pre-wedding functions had started on Thursday at RK House. The wedding ceremony will be an intimate affair attended by close family members and a few friends. A video of Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir's sister Riddhima Kapoor arriving at Vastu for the wedding has been trending on social media since Thursday morning.
Alia and Ranbir are expected to move into Krishna Raj Bungalow, which is currently under renovation.
On the work front, Ali and Ranbir are awaiting release of their film Brahmastra. On Thursday, Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji released a gift for the couple—teaser of a romantic track from the movie. “For this sacred journey they are going to embark on soon! Ranbir and Alia... my closest and dearest people in this world... My happy place, and my safe place... Who have added everything to my life... And given themselves completely and selflessly to our movie!,” he wrote on Instagram.
He added: "We just had to share a piece of their union, from our movie, from our song Kesariya, to celebrate them... as a gift to them, and to everyone.”
