Alia Bhatt took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an adorabable wish for Karan Johar who is celebrating his 50th birthday. The actress, who shared some unseen photographs from her wedding, called Johar her 'father', 'best friend' and 'mentor'.
In one photo, Karan is seen planting a kiss on Alia’s cheek at a pre-wedding ceremony; in the second photo, they are seen sharing a light moment, and in the third photo, they are seen interacting on the sets of a film. Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, directed by Karan.
Alia wrote, "to the most generous soul I know! .. to the man who is my father .. my best friend .. and my mentor! (displayed in these pictures respectively) HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY K!" She added, "I pray and wish for only all the love peace and joy in your life, you deserve it all and much much more for all the light and goodness you bring into peoples lives!!! I love you more than this Instagram post can ever handle".
She made her Bollywood debut with Karan's Student of the Year.
