Mollywood actor Nivin Pauly is likely to play the antagonist in the upcoming 'Thalapathy67' starring Vijay. The movie is being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
However, there is no official confirmation on the report.
Earlier, there reports that said Prithviraj was to play the villain in the movie, but the actor backed down due to his busy schedule.
There has been plenty of Twitter chatter on Nivin Pauly playing a major role in the Vijay movie, which is expected to be a action-packed thriller.
While Nivin Pauly has been playing the boy-next-door characters in many of his movies, he has also played men with negative shades, like the character in the Tamil flick Richie.
Nivin Pauly will be next seen in the Mollywood movie Saturday Nights, also starring Grace Antony and Saniya Aiyappan.
