Tamil director Atlee and his wife are set to become parents. Atlee took to social media to share the happy news with fans.
"Happy to announce that we are pregnant need all your blessing and love Wit love Atlee & @priyaatlee...Pc by @mommyshotsbyamrita,” Atlee wrote in a post, and shared adorable pictures from a maternity photoshoot.
Atlee and Priya tied the knot in 2014.
The director was in the news recently in connection with Jawaan—his long-anticipated collaboration with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The film marks SRK's maiden project with Atlee, known for directing blockbuster movies Raja Rani, Mersal and Bigil.
The film will release across five languages—Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada in theatres across the globe on June 2, 2023.
