Popular south Indian actor Siddharth claimed that he and his elderly parents were “harassed” by CRPF personnel at Madurai airport in Tamil Nadu.
Taking to Instagram Story, the actor shared a picture and wrote: "Harassed for 20 mins @ empty Madurai by CRPF"
The actor said the airport security personnel made his parents, who are senior citizens, remove coins from their bags.
They "repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English," he wrote.
Siddharth said the CRPF personnel were "Rude AF" and when they protested this treatment, they were told that "in India this is how it is."
He concluded his post by saying, "Jobless people showing off power."
