Actors Rana Daggubati and Fahadh Faasil have been roped in for Rajinikanth's next film, tentatively tiled Thalaivar 170. Lyca Productions took to social media to welcome the actors onboard the TJ Gnanavel-directorial.
Sharing a black and white photograph of Daggubati, the production house wrote: “Welcoming the dapper & supercool talent Mr. Rana Daggubati on board for #Thalaivar170 #Thalaivar170Team has gotten even more charismatic with the addition of the dashing @RanaDaggubati.”
Fans of actor Fahadh are also excited after Lyca announced his entry with a similar black and white photograph. “Welcoming the incredibly versatile talent Mr. Fahadh Faasil on board for #Thalaivar170. #Thalaivar170Team gains a powerful new addition with the astonishing performer #FahadhFaasil joining them,” the post read.
Thalaivar170, Rajinikanth's next after Jailer, will once again feature foot-tapping music by Anirudh Ravichander. Expectations are high about the film set to be helmed by Gnanavel, best known for his critically acclaimed Jai Bhim. According to reports, actresses Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan and Ritika Singh are also part of the cast.
