We are back with the what-to-watch list for this week. From docuseries to mystery thrillers and period dramas, here is quick look at what's releasing on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney plus Hotstar this week.

Star vs Food Survival : Discovery Plus

Release date: October 9

A concoction of food and adventure, the reality series features Bollywood actors who team up with celebrity chef Ranveer Brar to whip up some exotic cuisine. In the first season of the show, actors Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Aparashakti Khurana, Mouni Roy and Nakul Mehta explore some difficult terrains and unravel unique flavours from Coorg and Spiti Valley.

The Fall of the House of Usher: Netflix

Release date: October 12

Based on Edgar Allan Poe's short story, the horror series follows Roderick Usher (Bruce Greenwood), CEO of a corrupt pharmaceutical company who is forced to encounter his dark past when each of his children begin to die in a mysterious manner. Helmed by Mike Flanagan, the series will also reportedly blend in references from other Poe classics as well. Flanagan is well-known for his works in the horror genre including Midnight Mass, The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor.

Sultan of Delhi: Disney plus Hotstar

Release date: October 13

The period thriller set in the 1960s revolves around Arjun Bhatia, essayed by Tahir Raj Bhasin, who beings to work for Delhi's biggest illegal arms dealer Jagan Seth (Vinay Pathak). The nine-episode series, directed by Milan Luthria and Suparn Varma, also features Anjum Shharma, Nishant Dahiya alongside Anupriya Goenka, Mouni Roy, Harleen Sethi and Mehreen Pirzada.

The Burial: Amazon Prime Video

Release date: October 13

Based on true incidents, the legal drama starring Jamie Foxx and Tommy Lee Jones revolves around a funeral home owner who hires a lawyer to save a family business. Set in the 90s, the film addresses the issues of racism and the greed of corporate behemoths who tried to take advantage of the Blacks.

Mark Antony: Amazon Prime Video

Release date: October 13

Featuring Vishal and SJ Suryaj, the Tamil film was released in theatres in September. The action thriller, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, revolves around two gangsters who get hold of a mobile that has the ability to time travel. The film which largely received positive reviews went on to become the highest-grossing film in Vishal's career.
