Popular Bollywood actor Nana Patekar recently recalled how tough it was to work with his Hum Dono co-star Rishi Kapoor.

Hum Dono was an action thriller, directed by Shafi Inamdar and starring Rishi Kapoor, Nana Patekar, and Pooja Bhatt in the lead.

While both the actors are infamous for their short temper, Nana Patekar seemed to suggest that Rishi Kapoor had even more temper than himself.

In a recent interview to an entertainment portal, Nana Patekar recalled that Rishi Kapoor would abuse a lot on the sets and would not agree to have retakes.

"He (Rishi Kapoor) would get annoyed a lot. He would give only one take and not more and say, ‘We are extempore, not like you theatre guys," Nana Patekar has been quoted as saying.

Nana Patekar said when once he asked Kapoor to have another shot as the first shot was not good, the latter asked him who the director was. "Who is the director here? Shafi or you? Hatao yaar isko," Patekar was quoted as saying.

He said by the fifth take Kapoor was so annoyed that he said he would hit Patekar. However, according to Patekar, the fifth take was the best and that made it to the film.

Patekar also recalled that they talked a lot after Kapoor went for his treatment.
