Tamil actor SJ Suryah has reportedly said in an interview that Kollywood superstar Dhanush is all set to direct a fourth movie. The shooting of Dhanush's fourth directorial venture will start in August, SJ Suryah was quoted as saying by Dinamalar.com on Sunday during an interview.
Released in 2017, 'Po Paandi' was the South Indian superstar's directorial debut. His second 'Raayan' is up for a grand release on July 26. 'Rayaan' is also the 50th movie of the 40-year-old star.
'Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam' or 'NEEK' is his third directorial and is expected to be released later in 2024. Launched at the end of 2023, not much has been revealed about 'Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam' yet. According to SJ Suryah, 'NEEK' will be in 'Premalu' style movie offering loads of entertainment. 'NEEK' stars Anika Surendran, Pavish, Priya Prakash Varrier, Matthew Thomas, Venkatesh Menon and Rabiya Khatoon amongst others, 123 Telugu said in a report. Malayalam rom-com 'Premalu' starring Naslen and Mamitha Baiju in lead roles was a chart-buster across India, especially in the southern belt.
The much-awaited trailer of 'Raayan' had dropped on July 16, Tuesday. The gangster drama features Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, SJ Suryah and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar amongst others alongside Dhanush. The cinematography for the film was done by Om Prakash while Prasanna GK was at the helm of editing 'Raayan be will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, reports had said.
SJ Suryah's future projects include Nani-starrer 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' and 'Love Insurance Corporation' alongside Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty.
