Bollywood celebrities Riteish Deshmukh, Saiee Manjrekar, Farah Khan, Javed Jaffery, Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla, Sajid Khan, Aanand L Rai among others paid tributes to Tishaa Kumar, who passed away at the age of 21 after a battle with cancer.
She had passed away on July 19.
Who was Tishaa Kumar
Tishaa Kumar was the daughter of actor and T-Series producer Krishan Kumar. She was also the cousin of T-Series head Bhushan Kumar.
Tishaa Kumar was being treated in Germany.
"Tishaa was diagnosed with cancer and she was undergoing treatment for it for about three years. She flew to Germany a few days back for cancer treatment at a hospital there. She passed away," news agency PTI had quoted a source as saying.
One of Trishaa Kumar's last public appearances was in November 2023. She had then attended the screening of the movie Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor in the lead.
Krishan Kumar is known for starring in films such as Bewafa Sanam and Kasam Teri Kasam in the 1990s.
