Shraddha Kapoor now has 91.4 million Instagram followers, surpassing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 91.3 million followers. This makes her the third most followed Indian after Virak Kohli and Priyanka Chopra.
The latest boost in the number of followers comes amid the box office success of Shraddha's 'Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank'. The film, which hit the theatres on August 15, raked in Rs 254.55 crore nett and Rs 275.5 crore gross in the domestic box office. Including the overseas figures, 'Stree 2' has grossed Rs 322.5 crore, according to Sacnik.
Alia Bhatt has 85.1 million followers while Deepika Padukone has 79.8 million followers.
Meanhwhile, Narendra Modi is still the most followed global leader on X with over 101.2 million followers while the Prime Minister's Officer (PMO) has more than 56 million followers. Compared to this Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has 26.7 million followers and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has 27.6 million followers.
Joe Biden has 38.5 million followers, while Pope Francis has 18.5 million and Dubai's HH Sheikh Mohammed has 11.2 million.
