Directed by Anubhav Sinha, ‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’ is a series that chronicles the dramatic events of the 1999 hijacking of Indian Airlines Flight 814. The plane was en route from Kathmandu to New Delhi when it was seized by armed militants and diverted to Kandahar, Afghanistan. The hijackers, believed to be affiliated with a Pakistan-based militant group, held the passengers and crew hostage for five days. The series is based on the book “Flight into Fear” by Captain Sharan and Srinjoy Chowdhury and stars Vijay Varma, Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur.
The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power – Season 2

After the release of the initial season back in 2022, fans of the J.R.R. Tolkien books are gearing up to be immersed back into the world of Middle-earth. Created by JD Payne and Patrick McKay, the series serves as a prequel to ‘The Lord of the Rings’ and ‘The Hobbit’ film trilogies. Morfydd Clark stars as the familiar character Galadriel, alongside Robert Aramayo, Sophia Nomvete and Charlie Vickers. “There’s a sort of a psychological thriller this time and there are bigger creatures, action and scale that we’ve never seen before” said Payne, when talking about the new season.
Only Murders in the Building – Season 4

Starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez, ‘Only Murders in the Building’ is a fan favourite whodunnit that has been running on Hulu since 2021. This season, the unlikely detective trio – Charles, Oliver and Mable, will try to solve the murder of Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch), Charles’ old stunt double, who was shot to death in Charles’ apartment, providing the cliffhanger for season 3. The series was created by leading man Steve Martin and John Hoffman.
Adam Sandler: Love You

The brand-new comedy special by Veteran actor Adam Sandler offers a hilarious and heartfelt look at his life, career, and family. In this special, Sandler shares personal anecdotes and reflects on his experiences in the entertainment industry. The ‘Grown Ups’ actor’s special also features “songs, jokes, party-crashing dogs and plenty of love.”

The series plot revolves around an ex-gangster who is living in exile and is forced to take up arms once again by his accomplice turned rival. 'Murshid' features tales of family drama, action, crime, manipulation and gang rivals.

The Crow

Yet another horror film has been etched to the name of Bill Skarsgard, although this time he portrays a gothic superhero. A reboot of the 1994 movie of the same name, the story follows the death of Eric Draven and Shelly Webster who are murdered by demons. Eric resurrects as The Crow where he desperately seeks revenge for Shelly’s death and by scouring the world of the living and the dead to search for the perpetrators. Directed by Rupert Sanders the movie stars FKA Twigs, Danny Huston and Isabella Wei.
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram

Written and directed by Vivek Athreya, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is a film that can be categorised in the thriller-action genre, a first for a director who is more inclined to creating comedy-romances. Starring Nani, Priyanka Mohan, S. J. Surya and Aditi Balan, it follows the story of Surya who fights against injustice in his city and is angered by the corrupt Police Inspector R. Dayanand, who brutally attacks innocent citizens for no good reason.
