Vijay's GOAT heading to be a 'blockbuster'? Here's what early reviews say

Thalapathy Vijay's latest outing 'GOAT' has generated enough attention as the GOAT FDFS reviews on various social media platforms suggest.

There are plenty of action sequences, some great cameos, including one by none other than Trisha Krishnan, and a few great twists if early GOAT reviews are to be believed.

Several social media users who watched early shows of GOAT—directed by Venkat Prabhu, and starring Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, and Yogi Babu in the lead apart from Vijay, and Sivakarthikeyan, and Trisha Krishnan doing cameos—hailed the film, saying GOAT is likely to become a blockbuster.

"#GOAT is amongst one of the BEST Action Entertainers of #ThalapathyVijay’s career," one of the online reviewers wrote.

"#GOAT is a ENTERTAINER with #Vijay owning the big screen from the first frame," wrote another.

An X user observed that the film is getting good reviews on Letterboxd as well.

Another user claimed on X that the movie “exceeded all the expectations.”

Hours before the release of the movie, director Venkat Prabhu, in a tweet, invited cinemagoers to "just come and have fun."

While there are also a few who said the movie is just average and did not meet expectations, there are indications that the film may have a good run at the box office in the next few days as the weekend is nearing.
