The first song from Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh starrer Baby John released on Monday has turned into a huge sensation on the internet. The foot tapping number from the Bollywood film produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande, ‘Nain Matakka’ is an ultimate dance anthem.
Global sensation Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh and Australian singer Dheekshitha Venkadeshan aka Dhee have come together for the song composed by Thaman S. With lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil, the song has turned into a super hit on the internet. As Varun Dhawan and Keerthi dance to the foot tapping number, the charm in Diljit’s and Dee’s voice have captivated the fans. Dosanjh, who is known for his chartbusters and party hits, for the first time has rendered a peppy number along with Enjai Enjami fame Dhee, making it all the more electrifying.
The visuals of the song showcase the sizzling on-screen chemistry between Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh. Suresh matches the moves of Dhawan through her dance, as Thaman has consciously merged the Punjabi beats with a Telugu flavour. While Baby John teaser which was released earlier gave the audience a glimpse of the gripping action and high-octane entertainment, the electrifying peppy number by Dosanjh and Dhee promises that the film will be a blockbuster. Starring Varun Dhawan, Jackie Shroff, Wamiqa Gabbi, combined with the Hindi debut of Keerthy Suresh and presented by Jio Studios in association with Atlee and Cine1 Studios, Baby John is expected to hit the silver screens on December 25, 2024. Baby John is one of the most anticipated films of the year.
Earlier Varun, Diljit and Keerthy announced the release of the song, last week, through an Instagram reel. The reel showcased Diljit on his Dil-Luminati tour, at his green room, where Varun joins him asking him to dance for the Nain Matakka song. Diljit, in the reel, was seen refusing citing his busy schedule, while Keerthy joins to request him politely to which Diljit obliges. And then Varun and Diljit are seen shaking legs for the song, in the reel.
