It has been 27 years since the release of Ajay Devgn-starrer, Ishq. The film, which released in 1997, also featured his wife, Kajol.
To celebrate the occasion, the Singham actor took to social media to share a throwback post. The picture features the Bollywood couple in a 'then and now' post. One image is a still from Ishq, featuring Ajay and Kajol's characters, while the another is a more recent photo of the couple. The post is captioned "27 years of Ishq and ISHQ".

Ishq is a very special movie for the couple because it is during this shooting of the film that Ajay proposed to Kajol.
The couple has starred in many films together, their earliest one being Hulchul and Gundaraj, both which released in 1995, one month apart.
They got married on February 24, 1999 and celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary earlier this year. The couple are parents to a daughter, Nysa, and a son, Yug.
