Another Allu Arjun fan found dead during ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ screening

The 35-year-old man named Harijana Madhannappa had attended a matinee show of the film in Andhra Pradesh's Rayadurgam. His body was discovered by the cleaning staff in the evening

It has only been less than a week since a woman, an Allu Arjun fan, died in a terrible mishap at a screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Now, another incident of a second fan being found dead has come to light. The victim is said to be a 35-year-old man from Andhra Pradesh, whose body was discovered at the film's matinee show at a local cinema hall in Rayadurgam.

Reports say the man, named Harijana Madhannappa, was found by the cleaning staff around 6 pm on Monday. According to Kalyandurgam Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ravi Babu's statement to PTI, the victim had gone to see the film at around 2.30 pm in an intoxicated state. The police have yet to ascertain the main cause and time of death.

“It is not clear when he died, but the cleaning staff found him dead at around 6 pm after the matinee show,” Ravi told PTI. He also shared that Madhannappa was a father of four children and had a history of alcohol addiction. “He was already drunk and consumed more alcohol inside the theatre.”

As for the previous incident, Allu Arjun had offered to extend monetary and emotional support to the family of the deceased woman, Revathi, and support them whenever possible.
