Andrew Garfield will always be known as “the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man”. Back in 2012, the then 29-year-old Garfield portrayed the beloved web-slinging superhero, adapted from the Marvel Comics. Although the actor starred in just two Spider-Man films, – The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) – one fewer than his predecessor, Tobey Maguire, and successor, Tom Holland, he remains a fan favourite among comic book enthusiasts.
Garfield also got a chance to make a surprise cameo on Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home alongside Maguire, marking one of the most thrilling moments in the MCU franchise following the release of Avengers: Endgame.
