Recounting the shocking events of the night when Saif Ali Khan was stabbed, auto driver Bhajan Singh Rana said the Bollywood actor seemed calm and not scared while he was taken to Lilavati Hospital on Thursday.
During the early hours of Thursday, actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an intruder at his residence in Mumbai. The actor suffered multiple injuries, including on his neck, and was soaked in blood while he got in the auto.

Based on the complaint filed by the actor's maid, who also suffered injuries, the Bandra police registered a case.
The auto driver, who hails from Uttarakhand, told reporters on Friday that the actor on reaching the hospital called the guard to fetch a stretcher and said he was Saif Ali Khan.

Rana was asked to stop his auto by a woman and a few others at around 3 am. "I noticed he (the actor) had neck and back injuries and he was soaked in blood. He walked into the auto. There was a seven-eight-year-old boy who also boarded the rickshaw," said Rana.
Rana said that the actor's son Taimur and elder son Ibrahim Ali Khan accompanied him to the hospital. "The actor sat by himself in the three-wheeler. He did not seem scared and appeared normal," he said.

The actor was stabbed six times by the intruder, who sneaked into Saif's son Jeh's room and allegedly demanded a ransom of Rs 1 crore.
According to the police, the attacker could have entered the building via the AC duct and reached inside the actor's flat using the fire exit.
Earlier in the day, the doctors who treated the actor said he suffered three injuries, two on the hand and one on the right side of the neck. A sharp object had gone deep into the body, touching the spinal cord, the doctors added.
However, the sharp object was removed and the spinal injury was repaired.
On Friday, the Mumbai police arrested the attacker and the suspect is being questioned by the cops at Bandra police station.
