Mukhija has yet to respond to the controversy surrounding a national storm caused by her and the other judges in the latest episode of India’s Got Latent. Her co-judge Allahbadia took to social media to apologise for asking a contestant an insensitive question: “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life, or would you join in once and stop it forever?"
Allahbadia asked for forgiveness for the obscene joke, clarifying that he had no intention to use his public platform to make lewd comments. “My comment wasn't just inappropriate; it wasn't even funny. Comedy is not my forte. I'm just here to say sorry... I personally had a lapse in judgment. It wasn't cool on my part,” he said.
