The 13th edition of the Oman Health Exhibition and Conference was inaugurated by His Highness Sayyid Mohammed bin Thuwaini Al Said in the presence of dignitaries and diplomatic representatives in Muscat, Oman. The event is being hosted at the swanky Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 23 to 25, 2024.

The India Pavilion, powered by THE WEEK, was inaugurated by Amit Narang, India’s ambassador to Oman. Deputy Chief of Mission Tavishi Behal Pander and Second Secretary (E&C) Parvati Nair were also present.

The prestigious event brings together over 120 international and local hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical and medical organisations from around the globe.

As many patients from the Middle East visit India for medical reasons, the Indian pavilion remains a highlight of the event. Credit rating agency Crisil said earlier this year that around 73 lakh medical tourists were projected to visit India in calendar year 2024, up from 61 lakh in 2023.

The India pavilion has more than 250 sqm of display space representing 30 hospitals including:
