Bharatiya Janata Party's national spokesperson Shaina N.C. has lashed out at low-cost airline SpiceJet for its alleged apathetic attitude to passengers. The BJP leader took to Twitter on Wednesday to narrate her experience during a recent flight.
Shaina said her flight was already two hours late and her luggage arrived after another one hour, and when it reached, her bag was found missing. Hitting out at the carrier, she said it's high time the SpiceJet got its act together.
"First your flight is delayed by 2 hours plus, then the luggage takes an hour , and then the bag is lost! High time SpiceJet gets its act together. No staff, no reply, no accountability. Can't blame the consumers for raising their voice! SpiceJet, expecting a reply," she said in her tweet.

Soon after her tweet, Spicejet issued an apology and promised to contact her directly soon.
“Respected Ma'am, we are genuinely sorry for your experience. This shouldn't have happened. We would want to make it up to you. May we request you to share your direct contactable number via DM so that we may get in touch with you,” the airline replied to Shaima's tweet.
