The vibrant display of Jharkhand’s culture has left people mesmerized

The state of Jharkhand is all set to welcome people from across the nation. One must visit Jharkhand to explore the abundance it has in terms of natural resources, beauty and charm. Jharkhand is meant to win the hearts of people visiting it. The aforementioned things was said by the Hon’ble Chief Minister on the occasion of Jharkhand State Day Celebrations at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi which he graced with his august presence as the Chief Guest.

The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of great pride for Jharkhand that the locals of the state have been successful in creating a mark for themselves. The Chief Minister vouched for the abundance of talents present amongst the youth of the state and shared his vision to hone such talents for the better future of the people and the state at large. He went on to share that everyone has potential to grow and succeed and reminisced about the times he visited the Pragati Maidan as a student, the same place where he today stood as the Chief Guest. He said that children coming from families which could not afford two square meals a day have today emerged as representatives across different sports. The Chief Minister asserted that the present government is extending all possible support to such talented children to help them embark on a path of a better future.

The folk artists from Jharkhand enthralled everyone with their exemplary performances of Panch-Parganiya, Mundari, Manbhum Chhau and Nagpuri dances on the occasion of Jharkhand State Day celebrations at the India International Trade Fair-2022. The Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren graced the occasion with his august presence and encouraged the artists.

Before joining the Jharkhand Day celebrations, Chief Minister Hemant Soren took stock of the Jharkhand Pavilion at the Indian International Trade Fair-2022 and encouraged the participants from Jharkhand. The Chief Minister showed special interest in Palash, Jharcraft, Khadi, Agriculture, Organic Agriculture stall of Department of Animal Husbandry, Department of Forest’s stall, Department of Energy’s JREDA stall, Small and Cottage Enterprises Development Board's stall. Along with the Chief Minister, Minister Labour Shri Satyanand Bhokta, Minister Finance Dr. Rameshwar Oraon, Chief Secretary Shri Sukhdev Singh, Secretary Industries Smt. Vandana Dadel was also present on the occasion. It is to be noted that Jharkhand has left an indelible mark by participating in the International Trade Fair as a partner state.
