Inspired by this sentiment, Sh. S M Vaidya, Chairman, IOCL, celebrated Customers Day at M/s Gupta Service Station, Moti Bagh, New Delhi with some of our esteemed and loyal customers and an enthusiastic local biker group, led by Mr. Deepak Gupta, popularly known as ‘The Mountain Man’.
Mr. Vaidya was joined by Sh. Shyam Bohra, ED&SH, DSO and other senior executives. The event was inaugurated by the chairman through cake cutting with customers present there. The chairman interacted with some of the customers present at the outlet and urged them to share their feedback about Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. The bikers shared their valuable feedback on the services of the organization across the country, they particularly praised the organization’s premium fuels- XP95 and XP100; as being aspirational customers, they look for power fuel which can rev up their engines and provide a performance matching their aspirational values.
On this occasion of Customer Day, the chairman also felicitated some of the loyal customers of Indian Oil who have been showing their patronage over the years. The customers praised this warm gesture by Indian Oil to strive for improving their services and go from ‘customer satisfaction’ to ‘customer delight’.
Sh. S.M. Vaidya also formally inaugurated the unique initiative of Indian Oil with Park Plus, in which the organization joined hand with Park Plus to benefit the customers who buys new vehicles. These customers will get XtraRewards points worth Rs. 250/- on downloading the application. It is expected that the association will help Indian Oil to position itself as the ‘first choice’ for the new customers.
Indian Oil also organized a bike rally of the enthusiastic super bikers on Customer Day, the rally will travel across the Delhi city to promote the premium fuels- XP95 and XP100. The rally was flagged off by the chairman and the ED & SH, DSO.
The event was also promoted through electronic media, as 98.3 Radio Mirchi interacted with the chairman and the message of Indian Oil of its customer outreach was propagated through the city. The senior officials from the corporate office and state office were also graced the occasion with their presence.
