Talking to presspersons, Patna Superintendent of Police Chandra Prakash said, “In the CCTV we saw that the child was entering the school but at no point, he can be seen leaving the school premises. We will investigate it as a murder case as they were hiding the body and it shows criminal intent.”Prakash added they have detained three persons in connection with the case and they are investigating.

According to reports, the body of the 3-year-old was found concealed within a drainage gutter. The boy’s family launched a frantic search for the boy after he did not return from school and they grew suspicious when school authorities avoided questions about the child’s whereabouts, NDTV reported.
