AAP leader charges party's bank accounts will be frozen after Lok Sabha polls

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the Bharatiya Janata Party is scared seeing the growth of Aam Aadmi Party and it has launched ‘Operation Jaadhu’ to crush the party. 

Addressing party cadres ahead of AAP’s protest against the Centre for arresting its leaders and his aide Bhibav Kumar, Kejriwal said, “BJP has started 'Operation Jhaadu' so that we don't grow big and become a challenge to them. Through 'Operation Jhaadu', AAP's big leaders will be arrested, they are being arrested and in the coming days, AAP's bank accounts will be frozen,” ANI reported.

Kejriwal said the ED's lawyer has already given a statement in court that AAP’s bank accounts will be frozen soon after Lok Sabha polls. “If they freeze our account now, we will get sympathy. After election, they will freeze our accounts, our office will be cleared out and we will be brought to the streets. These are the three plans made by BJP"Recalling the period he was lodged in the Tihar Jail, Kejriwal said he read the Bhagavad Gita twice and the Ramayan once.

Kejriwal charged on the behest of the BJP, fake cases are being registered against AAP leaders and they are being arrested.

AAP leaders gathered outside the party workers and protested against the BJP for arresting its leaders. The party cadres formed a human chain around the Delhi CM

Delhi Police make announcements outside the AAP party office. The police say that section 144 has been imposed in the area and there is no permission for protest as AAP leaders and workers march towards the BJP HQ against the arrest of its party leaders.

Delhi police have imposed section 144 in DDU Marg to deter protests.  The  Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has also closed access to the ITO Metro Station near the AAP’s office.
