Former Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna who was remanded to 14 days judicial custody on Monday is now facing a fourth case of sexual harassment and other charges.
While the three previous case were filed under sexual assault charges, the fourth case was lodged under charges of sexual harassment, stalking and criminal intimidation of a victim. He is also charged with secretly recording and circulating images of the victim.

Preetham Gowda, former BJP MLA from Hassan, is also named along with two others, identified as Kiran and Sharath, in the FIR, which accused them of circulating images captured by Prajwal while sexually harassing the victim during a video call.
The victim lodged a complaint, claiming the circulation of the video and images caused embarrassment for her family in Hassan.
The SIT has sought a body warrant for the custody of Prajwal to probe the fourth case against him. This comes as Prajwal was sent to judicial custody till July 8 in connection with the third sexual assault case.

The video mentioned in the latest incident is among the more than 2,900 explicit clips leaked from Prajwal's phones by his former driver, Karthik Gowda. The SIT had earlier collected voice samples of the former MP in order to match the voices heard in the leaked video clips.
The videos were circulated in Hassan constituency a week before the Lok Sabha elections on April 26. A day later, the former MP used his diplomatic passport to flee the country to Frankfurt, Germany. He was arrested 34 days later when he flew back to Bengaluru.
Prajwal's mother Bhavani Revanna and father H.D. Revanna are out on bail after being accused of kidnapping their former house help. His elder brother and JDS MLC, Suraj Revanna, was arrested last week over unnatural sexual assault on a party worker.
