In a curious turn of events, the lone MP of Bharat Adivasi Party, Rajkumar Roat, arrived at the Parliament on a camel to take oath.
A video, captured by news agency PTI, of the MP, from Banswara in Rajasthan, on camel-back has gone viral.
He claimed that he was stopped and added that he would filed a complaint against it.
“Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji had gone to the Parliament on a bullock cart once. But I was stopped when I came on a camel. I will file a complaint,” he was quoted as saying.
Earlier, had had came on the camel to file his nomination papers from Banswara.
