Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav charged the Centre itself is orchestrating question paper leaks so that it need not provide jobs for the youth.
Addressing the Lok Sabha on motion of thanks to the president’s speech, the Samajwadi Party MP questioned the government on question paper leaks and said, “Why are paper leaks happening? The truth is that this is being done by the government so that it doesn’t have to give jobs to youth."
Yadav, a prominent leader of the INDIA bloc said the alliance will never support Agniveer scheme. “We can never accept the Agniveer scheme. When the INDIA alliance comes to power, the Agniveer scheme will be scrapped,” he said.
The SP leader said June 4 marked India’s independence from communal politics. "The whole of India has understood that INDIA is pro-India. This election is the moral victory of INDIA. It is a victory of positive politics. It is the victory of PDA, social justice movement. 2024's message is also full of responsibility for the INDIA bloc," the former Uttar Pradesh chief minister said. “Communal politics has lost forever in this election,” he said.
Referring to the BJP's defeat in Faizabad, he said it was perhaps the wish of Lord Ram. "Hoi wahi jo Ram rachi rakha (Whatever Ram has planned will happen)," Yadav said. He added the victory of the party in Faizabad, the constituency which includes Ayodhya, was the democratic victory of the mature voter of India.MP and SP leader Awadhesh Kumar was seated next to Yadav.
Akhilesh Yadav added the alliance favours caste census and the government should provide MSP for horticulture crops.
