The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday released its fourth list of 21 candidates for the Haryana assembly elections. The party has so far announced names of 61 candidates for the polls scheduled for October 5.
The AAP has fielded Kavita Dalal from Julana against the Congress's Vinesh Phogat and BJP's Yogesh Bairagi.
Kavitha is a professional wrestler who has performed at WWE formerly under the ring name Kavita Devi. She won gold in the 75 kg category at the 2016 South Asian Games.
The Congress fielded famous wrestler Phogat from Julana a day after she joined the party. Her induction into the grand old party had sparked a war of words between the Congress and the BJP with the latter alleging that she was used a pawn.
Phogat has been at the forefront of the protests against former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh who is facing sexual harassment allegations by many of the female athletes.

Meanwhile, the AAP has fielded Raj Kaur Gill from Ambala Cantonment while Sunil Bindal will contest from Karnal. Nishant Anand has been fielded from Gurugram.
The party released its first list of candidates on Monday after its seat-sharing talks with the Congress failed to reach a breakthrough. The two parties had contested together the Lok Sabha elections where the Congress gave one seat to the AAP which it contested unsuccessfully.
