People getting into all sorts of trouble while shooting reels is nothing new. In a bid to become internet sensations or influencers overnight, people try all sorts of stunts, putting themselves in harm's way.
The latest addition to this list has come from Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. A viral video shows a young woman falling violently while shooting a reel from a ravine between the mountains. She rolls and falls to some distance as her friend behind the camera is horrified.
In the video, the girl is seen attempting to make a jolly reel with the picteresque mountain ranges as the backdrop. She sings the popular Bollywood number 'Bepanah Pyar Hai' before breaking into dance. She waves her dupatta in tune with the song, before deciding to leave the rock she was standing on for a cinematic rush through the ridge. As she started to run, her foot slipped and she fell into the ditch nearby, the video showed. She keeps rolling down the pasture in great speed before coming to a halt.

While the video, which has become an instant hit on the internet although for the wrong reasons, looks scary, the girl was reportedly safe. The grassy cover on the mountainous pasture saved her from grave injuries. The girl seen in the video was identfied as Pooja by Amar Ujala.
Pooja reportedly released another video to confirm that she was doing alright following the fall. She reportedly confirmed that she fell due to a slip. She went on to confess that it was a dangerous attempt and she was immensely lucky to have escaped unscathed.
Earlier in July, a Mumbai-based travel influencer had died while attempting to shoot an Instagram reel at the Kumbhe waterfall in Maharashtra's Raigad district. While filming, she slipped and plummeted into a 300-foot gorge.
