South actor Minu Muneer, who had accused seven Mollywood celebrities of sexual midconduct following the release of the Hema Committee report, made fresh allegations against actor-director Balachandra Menon. Talking to a television channel, Minu Muneer claimed that Menon asked her to watch him engaging in sexual acts with other women.

The fresh row erupted only days after national award winner Balachandra Menon had filed a complaint with the Kerala DGP and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan against an actor and her lawyer. The 70-year-old Mollywood icon had accused the female actor and her lawyer of threatening him with bogus sexual assault allegations.

According to Menon, ahead of the female artist accusing him of misconduct via Facebook, her lawyer had made contact. Calling on the personal number of Balachandra Menon's wife, the lawyer threatened him, the actor alleged.

"Her lawyer threatened me over the phone that three allegations of sexual misconduct would be made against me very soon. He called me on my wife's number on September 13. The following day, the actor made a Facebook post against me," Balachandra Menon was quoted as saying in the complaint by Manorama Online.

In the interview with India Today, Minu Muneer claimed that Menon wanted her to watch him having sex with three women. The incident happened in Menon's room in 2007 and other men were watching, she said. When she walked out of the room, Menon insisted that she remained and watched, Muneer added.
