A Bengaluru-based influencer has alleged that she was molested by a 10-year-old boy while returning from work. The incident allegedly occurred at the city's BTM Layout area.
The influencer, who went online with the claim, said the incident occurred when she was filming her daily vlog. Her video was shared by the X handle Karnataka platform.
Biswal alleged that she was walking down the street when a boy, riding a bicycle, approached her from the opposite direction. He greeted her with a "hi" before inappropriately touching her.

Biswal, who broke down while recalling the incident to her over four lakh followers on Instagram, said the incident left her traumatised. "This has never happened to me. I feel really bad and unsafe in the city."
Biswal said the boy was actually riding in the same direction before making a U-turn towards her. "He first teased me and mimicked how I was talking on camera and then molested me," she said.
Though the boy tried to flee, he was caught by the local people. The child claimed that he lost his balance and fell on her accidentally. The local people too believed her only after she showed them the video.
The police, who arrived at the scene, informed her that the child was just 10. The local people too asked her to forgive the boy as he was a child.
However, the latest report is that the Bengaluru Police have taken cognisance of the matter and are checking the CCTV footage to find the accused.
Biswal said she did not file an FIR as she didn't want to hurt the child's future, though she really wanted the police to warn him. She also hailed by how the Bengaluru police approached the incident and made her feel comfortable.
DCP South Sarah Fatima told Money Control that they have zeroed in on the child. She added that the child was claiming that he was trying out some stunts while brushing past the victim.
