A techie hailing from Uttar Pradesh was found dead at his home in Marathahalli, Bengaluru, on Monday.
The man, 34, identified as Atul Subhash was a senior executive working at a private company in Bengaluru.
This part of our legal system needs a complete overhaul. So many innocent men and their families are being tortured. Imagine what #AtulSubhash must be going through during his last moments.#JusticeForAtulSubhash pic.twitter.com/y0WTsQMOfB

Why did Atul Subhash kill himself?
Atul Subhash detailed in his 24-page suicide note that his wife and her family harassed him, said police. Four pages were handwritten while the remaining 20 were typed.
He was separated from his wife following a marital dispute. Police have registered a case of unnatural death, slapping abetment charges on his wife and her family. Subhash's wife reportedly sought a Rs 3 crore settlement.
Police said Subhash was staying in Manjunath Layout in Marathahalli, where he was living alone. His wife had earlier filed a domestic violence case against him in Uttar Pradesh. He said his wife was using his four-year-old son to extort money from him.
Subhash hung a placard at his home, which read "Justice is due" and listed information about his vehicle keys and pending tasks on a cupboard.
He also sent his death note to several people via email and a WhatsApp group of an NGO.
"Our emotions and love for children can't get defiled like this and they can't become a tool of money transfer(or so called social justice) scheme from a man to a woman," Subash wrote.
