Uddhav Thackeray is a direction-less leader and it has become very clear after his speech on Thursday that he has abandoned the cause of Hindutva, said Naresh Mhaske, MP and a senior leader of Eknath Shinde-leader Shiv Sena.
Mhaske launched a scathing attack on Thackeray at a press conference today.
Mhaske also claimed that MLAs and MPs from Shiv Sena UBT are very keen on joining Shiv Sena led by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. "Uddhav Thackeray never addressed a rally on the birth anniversary of late Balasaheb Thackeray so far but when he came to know that we were holding a rally at BKC he hurriedly declared his party's rally," said Naresh Mhaske.
Mhaske said that UBT Sena MP Sanjay Raut was going to destroy Uddhav Thackeray and what is left in Shiv Sena UBT. "Yesterday Uddhav Thackeray criticised Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, Lal Krishna Advani ji, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee ji and Pramod Mahajan ji in his speech. He has totally lost direction, " lashed out Mhaske.

"The rally of UBT Sena yesterday was not a rally but more like a meeting at the gate or road junction. The kind of thoughts Uddhav shared yesterday clearly indicate that he urgently needs to undergo Panchkarma treatment to rid his body and mind of impurities. Basti treatment would be more appropriate for him," stated Mhaske.
Mhaske pointed out that Uddhav Thackeray had spoken about finishing Devendra Fadnavis before the assembly election and now he is trying to get close to Fadnavis by meeting him in person or sending Aditya Thackeray to meet him.
"Sanjay Raut is merely an entertainer for us, just one of the mediums of entertainment like advertisements which keep appearing between TV programs. We don't take him seriously at all," said Mhaske when he was asked about Raut's statement that industry minister Uday Samant is being groomed by BJP after sidelining DCM Shinde.
