Bihar police are on the lookout for a tantric who allegedly burnt the body of a 65-year-old missing person in 'Holika Dahan' after beheading him for black magic rituals. However, cops were shocked to learn the elderly man was not the first victim of the tantric.
According to Bihar police, the deceased person was identified as Yugual Yadav (65) and he was missing since March 13, a resident of Gulab Bigha village in Aurangabad. Police formed special teams to find the whereabouts of Yadav. During the course of the investigation, police discovered human bones were found in the Holika Dahan fire in a neighbouring village. When police rushed to the place, they found Yadav’s slippers from there.
Aurangabad Superintendent of Police Ambrish Rahul said, "Madanpur police station on March 13 received a missing complaint about Yugal Yadav, a resident of Gulab Bigha village. A case was registered and a special investigation team was formed by the police to trace him. During the investigation, officials came to know about the discovery of human bones from the ashes of a Holika Dahan fire in the neighbouring village of Banger,” PTI reported.
The senior police official said a dog squad was deployed and it led cops to the house of Ramashish Rikyasan, a tantric. On inquiry, police found Rikyasan was not present at the house and took his relative Dharmendra into custody.

"During interrogation, Dharmendra confessed that he and others had kidnapped and beheaded Yugal as a part of black magic rituals. His torso was then burnt in the Holika Dahan fire. Based on Dharmendra's statement, police recovered the victim's severed head from a nearby field," PTI reported quoting the SP.
According to police, Rikyasan conducted the black magic ritual for a person named Sudhir Paswan, who was seeking a child. “Dharmendra also admitted that the group had earlier sacrificed a teenager, whose body was dumped in a well in the same locality,” the SP said. Police have arrested Paswan and two others in connection with the case. Police have also collected samples for conducting DNA tests.
