The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Administrative Officer (AO) Scale-I. There are a total of 274 vacancies available for this position. The vacancies are divided into two categories: Generalist and Specialist.

Eligibility: Candidates must have a graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification. It is required to have obtained at least 60% marks in one of the qualifications. For Scheduled Castes and Persons with Disabilities, the minimum marks required are 55%.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old as of December 1, 2023. There are relaxations in the age limit for different categories: five years for Scheduled category, three years for OBC, and ten years for differently-abled candidates. Ex-servicemen and departmental applicants are also eligible for age relaxation.

The selection process for the Administrative Officer position consists of an online examination and an interview. The examination is divided into two stages: preliminary and main exams.
