The Hamas has released four Israeli women soliders on Saturday, including Naama Levy, Liri Albag, Daniella Gilboa and Karina Ariev.
A video of the parents of the four hostages rejoicing after their release has gone viral. They will meet their daughters once IDF transports them to a facility on the Israeli side. All four of them are said to be in good health condition.
Who is Naama Levy?
Born on June 22, 2004, Naama Levy was raised in India. She is a triathlete who took part in rigorous training, which her family says has helped her survive under Hamas captivity.

She attended an American school in India. Now 20, she was part of the US-based Hands of Peace project, which works towards peace between Israel and Palestine. She has also volunteered in the UN and the Red Cross.
Levy is the great-granddaughter of Holocaust survivors. In a video released by Hamas after abducting her on October 7, 2023, Levy is seen with her hands tied, her feet bare and being pulled by her hair in a black pickup truck.
Last week, Hamas had released four Israeli civilian women, including Romi Gonen, Emily Damari and Doron Steinbrecher.
Meanwhile, Israel said it will release Palestinian security prisoners in exchange of the hostages. However, Israel pointed out that it will not allow Palestinians to return to northern Gaza until Arbel Yehud, one of women civilians held by Hamas, is released. Yehud and Shiri Bibas are the remaining women civilians under Hamas captivity.
