Globally, the Breathwork industry has been gaining a lot of recognition as a useful tool for assisting people in overcoming a variety of obstacles. However, issues such as coaches who are not properly certified or trained and who accept clients despite their inability to deliver are giving the industry a bad name.

He continues, "As a result, the profession has earned a terrible name in some sectors, as too many unqualified coaches have gotten in over their heads, without the knowledge and experience to keep their pupils safe and cared for."
A decade ago, he discovered Breathwork and realised that the world desperately needed the drug, so he founded Breath Masters. AJ has spent time in performance and biohacking circles, where he realised that breathwork is the most effective technique for rapid transformation.
