Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has a special message for fans on February 14―he is making a comeback to cricket. In a video posted on his Twitter account, Akhtar says that he is coming back to play and that he will show kids of today what speed really is.
“Kids these days think that they know a lot, and they also think that they can challenge my (bowling) speed. So kids, I'm coming back to show you what speed is. I will also play the league, and show you what speed is. Beware,” Akhtar says in the video.
“Hello 14th February is the date, mark your calendars guys. Main bhi araha hun iss baar league khelnay.. Aakhir inn bachon ko bhi pata chalay kay tezi hoti kia hai! #shoaibisback #Pakistan,” read the tweet along with the video posted by the speedster.

The fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will begin on February 14 and speculations are rife that Akhtar will be associated with one of the teams in the league.
Akhtar's former teammate Wasim Akram responded to his tweet by saying kids these days could use the fast bowler's speed.
Shaibi.. Is this actually happening? You’re coming back? The kids these days could use some of your tezi. #shoaibisback https://t.co/J4OQuLZ5Am

Akhtar, also known as the Rawalpindi Express, retired from international cricket after the 2011 World Cup. He is the fastest bowler in cricket history clocking up to 161.3 km/hr. He has taken 247 and 178 ODI and Test wickets respectively. Wasim Akram and Shoaib Malik replied to the speedster's video message.
